The UK’s bridging finance sector regained momentum in the third quarter, with lending, applications and total loan books all rising, according to new figures from the Bridging & Development Lenders Association.

Commercial property investment softens in Q3 2025
UK commercial property investment softened in Q3 2025, with total volumes hitting £9.8bn, according to research from Carter Jonas. The research found this was a 2% drop both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year.
